Changes & Cancellation terms
No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked.
No-Show Protection: In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the full amount of the booked service will be charged.
This policy is in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
